Protective Anti-Corrosive Coating for Steel Structures
Properties
- It forms a thick protective film that provides excellent resistance against moisture, sand, dust, and vibration.
- It exhibits strong adhesion, durability, and anti-corrosive properties, with outstanding weather resistance.
- The coating is transparent and glossy, resulting in a clean appearance without affecting the original color or character of the metal.
- It creates a dense protective layer on steel surfaces (such as rebar or structural steel), fundamentally blocking corrosion that may occur due to inherent moisture after concrete placement.
- With quick-drying characteristics, it does not interfere with the adhesion of concrete, allowing for immediate placement of concrete after application of the product.

Applications
- Effectively inhibits oxidation of ferrous metals, particularly preventing rust formation and progression on exposed steel components such as rebar and structural steel.
- Suitable for long-term preservation of all metal materials, including machine parts and tools.
Directions for Use
- Remove rust and foreign substances from the metal surface before applying the product evenly.
- The optimal application temperature is between 15°C and 28°C. If reapplication is needed, proceed approximately 30 minutes after the initial coat has dried.
Recommended Coverage
- 0.15 liters per square meter when applied by brush or roller.
- 0.18 liters per square meter when applied via spray.
Packaging
- 20 liters per can.
Precautions
- Mixing with other products or organic solvents may severely degrade product quality and result in defects.
- Store in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition.
- When using spray application, dilute the product with 20–30% polyurethane thinner and clean equipment with polyurethane thinner after use.
- Avoid application during the rainy season or on days with high humidity or overcast weather conditions.
