Properties
- Converts or removes residual oxides such as rust on metal surfaces, resulting in passivation.
- Enhances the adhesion of protective coatings such as paint or rust inhibitors after rust removal.
- Removes rust and corrosion from rebar and steel pipe piles, while providing short-term rust prevention.
- A water-based product with excellent chemical stability.
- Non-hydrochloric and non-nitric formulation, making it harmless to humans and safe for steel structures without causing damage.
- Forms a passivation film on the metal surface, improving long-term durability.
- Applicable for both hot and cold working environments.
- Minimizes damage to the base metal surface during rust removal.
- White residue after treatment does not affect concrete adhesion, even during rainy conditions.
- Contains no hazardous heavy metals (refer to test report).
- Can be directly applied on rebar and steel members after site installation.

Applications
- Exposed steel structures such as rebar, steel pipe piles, and various piping systems.
- Effective in removing inorganic substances such as aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and lead.
Directions for Use
- Remove surface oil, grease, and other contaminants.
- In cases of heavy rust, use a wire brush prior to application.
- Use the product undiluted (as is).
- Reaction time is 2–3 hours, with full drying achieved in approximately 24 hours.
Recommended Coverage
- 1 liter per 5 square meters (when applied using a sprayer)
Packaging
- 20 liters per container
Precautions
- Apply only on dry surfaces; if the coated surface comes into contact with water, reapplication is necessary.
- When applying an additional rust preventive coating after treatment, ensure this product has fully dried before proceeding.
