Properties
- Excellent moisture retention ensures sustained curing conditions, providing outstanding prevention of moisture evaporation even in harsh weather conditions
- Prevents surface cracking and shrinkage caused by moisture loss due to heat and radiation during concrete placement
- Water-based, milky-white viscous emulsion that is non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable—environmentally friendly with minimal pollution risk
- Forms a thin curing film within 4 hours of application, which gradually dissipates naturally over time
Applications
- Concrete road pavements, railway track bed pavements, and runway construction
- Bridge construction, dam projects
- Building slabs and other general concrete work
Directions for Use
- Apply immediately after surface water (bleeding) has disappeared from the concrete
- To ensure a dense and effective curing membrane, spray generously and evenly (at least twice) to avoid patchy areas
- Be sure to cover the edges of the pavement as well
- Maintain an even spraying speed (approx. 10 m/min)
- Instead of one heavy application, apply in 2 or more passes at 20–30 minute intervals for best results
