Liquid Membrane-Forming Curing Compound for Concrete
Properties
- With excellent moisture retention, it maintains curing conditions, providing outstanding moisture evaporation prevention even under adverse weather conditions.
- When concrete is poured, it prevents problems such as surface shrinkage (cracks/fissures) that occur due to moisture evaporation caused by rising heat and radiant heat.
- As a water-based, milky white viscous liquid, it is non-hazardous and non-toxic, free from fire risk and pungent odors, and helps reduce environmental pollution.
- A thin membrane forms within 4 hours after application and then gradually disappears naturally.
Applications
- Bicycle road pavement / Apartment slabs / Underground parking lot construction
Directions for Use
- Spray immediately after the water on the concrete surface (bleeding) has disappeared.
- To create a dense membrane through film curing, spray sufficiently (more than twice) to avoid blotches on the surface.
- Spray up to both sides of the paved surface.
- Maintain the operating speed of the curing agent sprayer at 10 meters per minute.
- Rather than applying a large amount at once, spray sufficiently in two or more passes at 20–30 minute intervals.
- For concrete less than 10 cm thick, 3–4㎡/ℓ is recommended, and for concrete 10 cm or thicker, 2–3㎡/ℓ is recommended.
