Crackzero
PRODUCT
Crack Zero is a water-based crack repair and waterproofing agent formulated with high-grade acrylic resins as the primary component, combined with specially synthesized inorganic additives. It offers excellent flexibility and elasticity, making it ideal for crack repair work on both interior and exterior plastered floors and wall surfaces. The product exhibits outstanding adhesion, high elongation, and superior tensile strength.
Properties
- As a one-component paste-type material, it allows for excellent workability due to its thin coating film.
- It possesses outstanding elasticity and flexibility, making it suitable for repairing fine cracks.
- It shows excellent adhesion to cementitious surfaces such as concrete and plaster finishes.
- As a water-based milky-white compound, it is the first of its kind domestically to include a pine scent additive, which helps reduce the characteristic odor of chemical products.
Applications
- Crack repair on apartment exterior walls, rooftop surfaces, and similar areas.
Directions for Use
- Remove and clean the cracked area thoroughly to prepare the substrate.
- Apply the product using a rubber spatula in intervals of approximately 60 cm.
- If a second application is required, perform it after 3 to 4 hours.
- When used as a bonding mortar, dilute with water at a ratio of 1:3.

Precautions
- Once opened, Crack-Zero must be used within 2 hours; any remaining product must be sealed and stored tightly.
- Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 5°C.
- As the product may freeze below 0°C, it must be stored at room temperature.
