Form Release Agent Compatible with All Types of Molds
SERACON-500 (watery)
Manufactured using clean refined oil, this release agent is compatible with all types of formwork and provides excellent performance on large-surface or high-demand form conditions. In addition, it results in significantly fewer bug holes on the concrete surface compared to conventional release agents.
Liquid Membrane-Forming Curing Compound for Concrete
CUROM 2 TYPE (watery)
With excellent moisture retention, it maintains optimal curing conditions and prevents moisture evaporation even in harsh weather. It also helps prevent surface shrinkage such as cracks and fissures caused by water loss during concrete placement due to heat and radiant energy.

Rust Converter / Remover
RUST CLEAR
It converts or removes rust and oxides from metal surfaces, passivating them in the process. After rust removal, it improves adhesion of protective coatings such as paint or anti-corrosion treatments. This water-based product offers excellent stability in removing rust and corrosion from steel rebar and pipe piles, while providing short-term rust protection.
